When fully developed, The Spring District will contain more than 3 million square feet of office space, 800 to 1,000 multi-family units, ground floor retail spaces and pedestrian, bicycle, vehicular and mass transit connections to greater Bellevue, the Eastside and the region.
The property is located fifteen miles east of downtown Seattle along the Bellevue-Redmond Corridor, a well-located infill submarket situated at the heart of the region’s transport network including State Route 520, Highway 90, Highway 405, and Bel-Red Road. In addition, the Property is located three miles southwest of Microsoft’s heaquarters in Redmond and 1.5 miles east of the Bellevue CBD.
