completion willl consist of three 8-story Class A office buildings
totaling 900,600 square feet. Situated on 23.2 acres, the
Property will be part of a larger 54-acre campus that will
eventually include 1.8 million square feet of office and a
40,000 square foot fitness center as well as world-class
amenities to the overall campus.
The Property is well located at the intersection of Highways 237
