Designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill, 2300 M Street was
designed along with the adjoining 234-room Westin Grand Hotel.
The classically inspired style features traditional architectural
elements that harmonize with the hotel and yet have its own
distinctive identity. Small floor plates are suitable for boutique
office tenants, and the corner location provides a high proportion
of offices with windows and easy vehicular access.
The property is located at the corner of M Street and 23rd Street in
Washington, D.C.’s West End submarket. The location offers
proximity to two Metro stops, Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom,
and easy access to the road network connecting Washington, D.C.
