Things are going to slow down starting the third week of December. Managers will be taking time off for holiday travels, tenants are putting off their searches for offices until after the New Year. With that in mind, we will push our efforts in full force in the first two weeks of December and try to get as many deals done as possible. We will also be around before and after the holidays to catch the last minute office seekers to send your way.
We wish you a prosperous New Year and bless your business with all the success that you deserve. Our goal is to make 2010 a breakout year for us. We will continue to send you the most qualified leads and set a trend in the industry to stop spamming our managers with unqualified, uninterested leads. Our keys to success are below and we hope to work with you so that we can achieve the same goals.

Our key to success is you...yes, YOU! We love working with managers who:
- follow up with our leads promptly
- keep us up-to-date with the leads
- inform us of done deals
- send us availability reports monthly
- pay us promptly
In one month, we closed six deals with Saddleback Executive Suites in Mission Viejo and four deals with Global Business Center in Beverly Hills. How were we able to attain such excellent results? We worked very hard with our managers to understand their availabilities and specials and we were able to successfully sell their properties to our leads even before they walked into the front door. All the managers had to do was shake their hands, showed them the space, and printed out the agreements for signatures. We want it to be that simple with every lead we send you. We want to be an extension of your business.

This month's General Manager of the Month goes to Jennifer Miller of Premier Business Center in Irvine, CA. Jennifer's hard work and constant follow- up with clients allowed us to close on several key accounts. Jennifer will be receiving a $100 gift certificate to Starbucks. Way to go, Jennifer!
Runner up goes to Remaliah Evans of Premier Business Center in Newport Beach, CA. She worked hard in closing two very tough deals. For her tremendous efforts, she will receive a $50 gift certificate to Starbucks.
