This company provides executive suites and virtual offices in Beverly Hills.
Access Office contracted officeblvd.com to fill an empty space. After the fulfillment of the contract by officeblvd.com, Ms. Schwarze asked us if we can split the referral fee into 12 equal monthly payments, we agreed. After 6 monthly payments, all payment stopped. We asked Ms. Schwarze why she had not continue to make payments. She replied by saying that it is her corporate policy to only pay for 6 months. After more conversations with Ms. Schwarze, she sent out the 7th payment. Then the payment stopped again. Officeblvd.com asked her this time why she had stopped making payment. Ms Schwarze replied by email that the client has moved out. Upon further investigation, we found that the client has NOT moved out. We tried to continue talks with Ms. Schwarze, but she would not take our calls or return our emails.
We feel cheated by Ms. Schwarze and her company, Access Office. Our policy is full payment after client has signed a lease but we worked with her to make it easier for Access Office. We fulfilled our obligations to Access Office, and we got ripped off.

This company provides Insurance and Financial Products. They have an office at 10537 Santa Monica Blvd, Ste 260, Los Angeles Ca 92660
This company has some office space that they contracted with officeblvd.com to sublease. We fulfilled one of their needs in LA and asked them to pay us. After the client signed the lease, Bobby asked us if we can reduced the fee from 10% to 5%. We reluctantly agreed. After months of not receiving payment, we called Bobby and he said that there was never a signed agreement between News Insurance and officeblvd.com, and therefore, he will not pay us our referral fee. While it is true that there is not a signed agreement, our agreement is posted on our web site, accepting of leads from officeblvd.com is the acceptance of our terms, and Bobby verbally agreed and had agreed via email.
We feel ripped off by Bobby and his shady business. If you are considering doing business with News Insurance, we would advise against it. Nothing good can come out of this with them.
